Our stylish and air conditioned luxurious apartment (max.six people) in the first of three floors, is fully equipped (incl.elevator and dishwasher) so you can fully enjoy a wonderful holiday all year round. The apartment is part of the beautifull residence Azahar, situated in Orihuela Costa near the popular resort of Torrevieja. This lovely city has grown from a small fishing port until the city it is today. It offers everything for a wonderful holiday, from sandy beaches to a large variety of restaurants, beautiful parks and a beautiful promenade.

The location
The apartment is located in the district  Villamartin, the name of a very popular urbanization and a World renowned golf course that borders it. Just a few minutes away from the popular site Torrevieja. There are beautiful beaches to enjoy such as Cabo Roig,Campoamor, Playa Flamenca and La Zenia. All the beaches in the area are regularly awarded the EEC Blue Flag Award for their cleanliness and first class facilities. From the apartment Murcia and Elche are good and easy to reach.

The apartment 
Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a lovely terrace overlooking a tropical garden, luxury kitchen with dishwasher and a lovely garden with large pool (with free sun beds and only for the residents) are at your disposal. In short, everything needed for a wonderful holiday.

Beaches
The beautiful beaches of the Costa Blanca like Playa Flamenco, La Zenia and Cabo Roig are 10 minutes away. Nearby are the famous salt lakes (salinas) of Torrevieja which can be viewed freely. The salt lakes of Torrevieja and La Mata are the largest in Europe and very popular with cardiac and rheumatoid patients and people with respiratory problems.

Golf
For both the novice and the experienced golfer, there are 12 golf courses nearby, including 3 golf courses in Orihuela Costa. The other golf courses are easily reached by car! You can find a complete list of all golf courses  under the header golfcourses.

Climate
All year round Torrevieja has a pleasant, mild climate with 320 days of sunshine a year, making it also a wonderful winter environment. In the winter months it can be 20 degrees. The area is surrounded by miles of white sandy beaches with water sports such as sailing, scuba diving and boat trips.
